(1)You can get the service by using the product serial number. Serial number is stick on the product and the packing case.

(2)Donjin maintains the product for one year free after delivery. But the warranty does not cover the physical damage or force majeure damage.

(3)Product Replacement:

    After you receive the item, please check the packing list. If the item is damaged during shipment, please inform Donjin in three days, and return the item to Donjin. We will replace the item within one day after receiving the damaged item.

    If items have fault in 30 days, we will replace the product to you, and you do not have to return the items to us immediately, but you will need to return the items to Donjin in 15 days. If you do not follow the rule, then we will have to terminate the service.

(4)Software update:You can download the latest and free software on Donjin website.

2.2  Spot Support

   If the product does not work, and cannot be solved remotely, we will send engineer to customer’s office. We will charge reasonable service fee according to actual situation.

Customers are able to visit Donjin website: to check the problems on FAQ, or log in Donjin BBS: to get technical support from our engineers, and they will reply you within 24 hours.
