If you are just new employees, HR will organize two days of corporate level training. You will understand the company's development history, culture, products, company system, performance management, business etiquette, communication skills and build a team consciousness. And then into the department, your mentor will give professional training. The training time depends on the specific job. The training result and performance will be recorded in the monthly examination.
The company will hold a formal qualification of defense to judge your performance during probation period. If you pass it, you will be the formal DONJIN employee and enjoy equal opportunities and rights with employees.
If your performance is outstanding, you will get opportunity to promote. Through promotion training, you will get more professional knowledge and management skills. Meanwhile, you will be endowed with more responsibility.
Of course, if you didn't pass qualification of defense unfortunately, the company may extend the probation period according to your performance.
