W2W Plan --- A new cooperation way between Donjin and partners

From 2000, Donjin has stepped into international market. Now, we have got many successful cases and partners. However, we found there are some good applications in some regions which can’t be spread to others because many reasons, such as lack of international channels and resources to manage overseas market. On the other hand, some customers don’t have enough technical background to develop these applications, and they need a mature solution. However, all these weaknesses which they had are not problems for Donjin. We have our own international channels, partners, and enough resources to support it. In order to let all of our partners from different regions can share these good applications, we decide to cooperate with these partners, and help them to promote their products to overseas market. This plan needs our partners’ support, including pre-sale, after-sale, and trust. We call this plan “W2W (Win to Win)”, which means the target of this plan is win to win for both partners and Donjin.

 

W2W plan is open to all partners, but they need to get the certificate from Donjin. All of these applied applications must support Donjin’s hardware. Then, Donjin will promote these applications with Donjin’s hardware together to all over the world. Since Donjin will pack this application and hardware together, all the after-sales services or support will be handled by Donjin. Partners just need to provide training to our engineers.

 

Here is a brief procedure for partners to join this plan:

1. Partners apply for this plan.

2. Donjin will confirm their application and company capacity. If qualified, the applications will be passed.

3. Donjin tests their application, and give them certificate if the application passes the test.

4. Donjin will promote this packed products to end users in the world by Donjin.

 

Donjin is cooperating with some partners now. We will release our packed product soon. We believe it will be a new revenue increasing point for both Donjin and our partners.
